  • ARE YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS MADE OF HUMAN HAIR?

Our human hair extensions are 100% virgin, unprocessed and ethically sourced.

  • HOW LONG DO THE HAIR EXTENSIONS LAST?

With proper maintenance and care, our 100 % human hair extensions can last up to several years. 

  • CAN I DYE THE HAIR EXTENSIONS?

Yes, Brilliantly Made Bundles human hair extensions are dye friendly, and can be dyed or toned by a professional colorists to get an exact match to your natural hair color.

  • WHAT LENGTH SHOULD I PURCHASE?

There are many factors to consider when selecting your desired length of hair extensions: natural hair length, desired hair style and height. For example, 20 inch hair extensions may appear shorter on someone who is 5 ft. 8 inches tall in comparison to someone who is 5 ft. 3 inches tall.

  • DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?

 No.

  • CAN I USE HEAT STYLING TOOLS ON THE HAIR EXTENSIONS?

Yes. Just like your natural hair, Brilliantly Made Bundles human hair extensions can be blow-dried, curled and straightened. 

  • HOW MANY BUNDLES SHOULD I PURCHASE?

We recommend purchasing 2-3 bundles for a natural look and feel. If you prefer more volume, we recommend 3-4 bundles. For curly wave patterns and longer hair extensions, we recommend 4. Essentially, you will always need 2-4 bundles.

  • CAN YOU WET YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS?

Yes.

  • HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We provide domestic shipping with packages being delivered in 5-7 business days.

  • DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

No. Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping at this time.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to COVID-19 and the spread of the coronavirus ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to COVID-19 and the spread of the coronavirus, our policy won’t allow us to give a refund, compensate, or exchange merchandise/products that’s been tampered with, has a missing label, or worn for an extended amount of time. The safety of our team, customers, and vendors will always be key to our policies and decision making.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

 Yes. We have International shipping options available.

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided during the checkout process. You will also receive a second email notification once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s status along its journey.
